OK HeadbussA338...... WE GET IT !!!   lol..... Ya Nuffers.... Headbussa extends his string of overwhelming....out of this world... press stopping... butt kickin performances to 3 straight races now... winning the Kansas 400 with minimal trouble!! Going back to New Hampshire, that's now 2 wins and 3 straight top 5 performances over his last 3 races.
I wouldn't have been suprised if BussA would be celebrating 3 straight if he had competed on track A in Dover last week!!!!

The win by Bussa... a non chaser... continues to throw "monkey wrenches" in the Chase....lol. And for the third straight week.... the Chase Standings show a different Nuffer atop the standings... "The Professa"..... UH OH!!!!! Yup.... we let Kelley1996 rebound from that disconnect at New Hampshire!! Now with 2 straight top 5 finishes... Kelley sports a solid 29 pt lead over Mwils1. Kelley acknowledged during the pre-race show that those regular season wins really kept him in the chase.... Uh huh.... Kelley earned 5 wins and 50 points during the regular season to help offset the tough start... and now look!!!!

Back to Bussa... It was like we were attending his party as he was celebrating part of his birthday with us on Saturday!!

 After singing happy  birthday to the Kansas 400 winna... and feeling like 1 million .... ok... 20 bucks for taking the time to show up at the party... did we get ice cream and cake??? Nope.... no hats and party blowers??? nope.... what did we get???  A serious a$$ whippin.... lol. Oh... Bussa did thank us for comin out to his party....lol... :::still waving the "whoopin stick"::::.... No problem Bussa.... errrrr can't wait till your next party... ::errrrr.... oh..... woohooo:: lol  Bussa now sports a 105 point lead in the team tourney individual standings and is in great shape to claim the individual championship!!

Mannnnn... How bout team Extreme Performance Racing!!! Not only did they win their second race... they also occupied 4 of the top 5 finishes at Kansas!!! WOWOWOWOW !!!!!!!!! That's crazy !!! Race Day co-host Walt Hamrick raced wonderfully to grab 2nd place.  Kelley1996...who actually had something for Bussa at the end... settled for a 3rd place finish! Purity...from team DRR rebounded from a tough Dover race to grab 4th place and then it was back to EPR... with Sabloo capping off the top 5... what about their 5th racer?? UltimateASSIN29 posted a top 10... finishing 9th and is now in the doghouse... LOL!! The dominating performance has really solidified EPR's lead in the team tourney... but with 7 races to go.... it Ain't Ova by a long shot!! Awesome Job EPR !!!

Ova on Track B.... it was Jimbo026 with the win and the 15 bonus points...followed by XshooterX and Buster!! Great job boys !! We did have an incident over on track B that is currently under investigation as it seems there was a DQ after an "un-served" black flag. Without naming individuals to allow the issue to be properly investigated... it seems there was a black flag ordered by the track official to a racer... who disputed the legitimacy of the order... and after a bit of "back and forth" the racer ended up being disqualified and removed from the race. Now you all know how much I HATE that kind of incident in the NRL.... I mean... I DEPLORE it... and it's extremely rare in our races... but at times it happens. We'll complete the investigation shortly and announce our findings!!

Next week we will be racing the Pepsi 500 at Auto Club... and will also be dedicating this race in memory of our family and friends that have "passed" over the year, This year has been a challenge to our strength in enduring so many "passings"...but with God's unending love and support... we move forward with perseverance and understanding that God's Will Prevails. So just a heads up.... we will be shutting the NRL home page down for the day... and will replace it with a page completely dedicated to the race.... with images of all of the AWESOME dedication cars that will be competing in the race.... as well as words of wisdom from your fellow Nuffers in this day of remembrance. We will be stopping all tracks at the halfway point of the race for a moment of silence. Also I believe there will also be a scheduled moment of silence during the pre-race show at 6:30 PM Est.... so
