UH OH Nuffers.... here we go !!! Some of you can already tell by this week's title exactly what I'm talkin Bout....lol!!! For those who don't.... let's take a quick trip back to last year before we get it poppin on this wonderful running of the Lifelock.com 400 race at Chicagoland!!

Last year....right about the same time of the year.. Abbott had only 1 win going into the Chicagoland race... while "chillin" in 5th place overall in the 2008 standings, he musta said... "Enuff iz eNUFF".... cause Abbott cruised to a solid win at Chicagoland... which started his strong assault on his way to repeating as the NRL Sprint Cup Champion. I mean Abbott had no heart last year as he took off from there... winning 4 more times and completing that title defense!!!

Now fast forward back to the present....::::::BACK to the present??...lol :::: whatever man...  YA... notice the similarities.... though Abbott had yet to post a victory in the current season.... with 2nd place finishes over the last 5 straight races..... wait a minute... hold up... I gotta type that again..... reworded to make sure I got it... FIVE Straight 2nd place finishes.... IN A ROW?? ..... ok... still hard to believe.....but ok... with that many finishes in a row... and now his first 2009 Sprint  Cup Win.... we can officially label Abbotttazz the "comeback kid"?.... OK he's old as dirt but still....lol... just when you think Abbott's... over the hill... here he comes again...lol.. Does Abbott have the nerve.... the gall.... I mean... is his heart so cold that he would actually attempt a THREE-PEAT???? He's got new Nuff Brothers to show what he is made of this year.... You know... many of the newer Nuffers might not be able to relate to what Abbott accomplished last year.......lol... Let's see what happens!!!   YA YA ABBOTT !!!

26 Nuffers ran the Lifelock.com 400 over 3 track sessions and we saw some really good racing throughout the field!! Abbott did not completely control this one on Track A as he did last year... that honor went to DaleReynolds. Ahhhh but this time... track A ran the final 42 laps green... and that was the difference!! Abbott had gone in to pit in what turned out to be the final caution of the race around lap 220.... but Dale stayed out... expecting an opportunity to get in on the next caution. Abbott completed a LONG journey to the front... methodically getting past the field on his way to challenging Dale for the lead....and with about 15 laps to go... Abbott completed his quest.... getting by Dale to take the lead!!! Now all Abbott needed was for the race to stay green... while Dale needed a caution. But those GREAT NRL Racers kept it green and that forced Dale to have to go in...under green. And dat was dat!!! CONGRATS ABBOTT !!!!!!

IPC Billythekid survived a connection issue to take 2nd place as he did have a really strong car... and Dale recovered from that late pit to take 3rd. Rounding off the top 5 were Steady Kelley in 4th and fast improving Triplex in 5th!! Excellant job fellas!!

Now on Track B... those boys ran the ENTIRE RACE without 1 caution... that's right fellas... ya ya I know... they only had to deal with a 50% wear 2x but hey... what a masterful job by everyone on track B!!! xCablemanx completely dominated the field.. leading every lap on the way to the win, 15 bonus points AND a guaranteed slot at one of his favorite tracks... INDY!!
CONGRATS Cable!!

Kapalua... who had similar problems as IPCBilly did with server issues... still finished 2nd while Scoutchuck rounded off the top 3.

Track C also ran a strong race... with Trav Taylor picking up the win and the 15 bonus points...while young xJew Curlx took 2nd place while Techen001 took 3rd place.

Again fellas.........WONDERFUL JOB !!!
