IJermey Takes Craftsman’s San Bernadino Classic at Fontana!!!

Well Nuffers…..We had another GREAT Night of racing!! Nine Nuffers got together to race the San Bernardino Classic Truck Race in California last night…completing the first 71 laps under GREEN !! In fact…there were only 2 cautions in this one…both occurring in the final 29 laps of the race. No restarts…and every Nuffer that started the race…finished the race !! HOT DAWGGIE!!!

Tonight belonged to Jeremy and his #5 Truck….”Man you are FASSSST Jeremy” said Abbott..yes he was…After an early pit stop…Jeremy..confident that he would easily make up the time lost going in so early…did just that…making up 40 secs over approximately 35 laps to catch Snopro and Buster…then began pulling away all by himself until the first caution of the night at lap 71 bunched the field for the first time of the night. Until that first caution…the NRL had aspirations of running the entire race under green and was definitely on pace to do just that. Things were getting very interesting as Snopro stayed out on the track over the first 50 laps….planning only 1 pit for the entire race! The question would have been…could Snopro keep up with Jeremy enough until he pitted to only remain 1 lap down to Jeremy…knowing that Jeremy would have to pit again…that’s exactly what Sno had in mind. However Jeremy took advantage of the caution to get some new tires and a bit of petro….and dat was dat !!! CONGRATS JEREMY !!!!!!

Pinkpooh….ran safely in 4^th place all night…keeping mwils at bay… then got the lucky dawg during the first caution to get back on the lead lap….and just like that Pink was in this thing !! Matter of fact…during that final caution…Pink gained the lead when frontrunner Jeremy…who smartly recognized he would only lose 1 position by pitting… went in for more tires…and Pink only had to hold Jeremy off for 8 laps !! So the Green Flag dropped…the suspense was high…and with the upset minded crowd chanting…POOH POOH POOH….Pink shot off the block in his #08 Truck and I mean Pink FLOORED it !!! “I got this….just hold him off”…thought Pink…wellll…by the time we got out of turn two…Jeremy was by Pink and Long Gone !!!! Pink finished second and is getting closer to his first NRL Track A victory!! Matter of fact…have you noticed the last few race results….check em out….When he has had some low starting spots…he has finished very strong !! This time Pink started 6^th…ran nice and clean…keeping his truck out of trouble….and finished Second !! GOD JOB !!!

Snopro came out strong as well…and finished a strong 3^rd place…while Buster and Mwils finished off the top five.
