ABBOTTTAZZZ TAKES COT

CHALLENGE IN MARTINSVILLE !!

Well Nufferzzzz....just when we thought we raced our toughest race at Bristol last week....the NRL welcomed it's first COT race of the year in the Goody's Cool Orange at Martinsville...the oldest and one of the toughest track in the Nascar series.

And after a busy night of grueling racing....Abbott took the #31 car back to victory lane...AGAIN !!! WOW !! That is now 4 wins in 6 races for Abbott...who has extended his lead by 127 points over TBDesigns...who moved ahead of Casamessa into second place in the NRL overall standings !! YOU GO ABBOTTT !!!!!

 ABBOTTTAZZZ DOES IT AGAIN !!

Reports on the race over on Track A indicates that for the most part....the race was run very well...with every racer leading at least one lap. The latter part of the race had some challenges as the race got more aggressive. TBDesigns took some nasty hits in his #29 car from both Ratty and Tyberian...who finished 2nd and 3rd respectively...over the final 50 laps. Those hits knocked TB back to 4th place but he was able to finish the race. jeremi lost connection late in the race and there was a bit of controversy over whether jeremy had enough car to get back on the track. It was mutually agreed and decided on by Track A racers that jeremi was not eligible to get back on the track. Jeremi thought differently...which resulted in a review of the facts by the Head Admin....yours truly...who did not overrule the decision. As a result...jeremy finished 10th while casa...who hung around till another of our famous EA server "bounces" knocked him out with just 16 laps to go......"That's Racing".....

Now...over on Track B...some wonderful racing between Big Mike and Pinkpooh over the final 50 laps resulted in a victory by Big Mike in the 21B car !!! Very exciting as Big Mike had an 8 second lead over Pink (#2) and mwils (#55). Pink dusted off mwils and closed in on Big Mike with about 15 laps to go !! What an amazing run by Pink to catch Big Mike....but it was not enough as Big Mike kicked it into 5th gear and pulled away for the win and 1600 gamer points !!!!  Congrats Big Mike !!!!

So now we move on to the Samsung 500 in Texas. This one will be run at 100%...normal wear on Saturday, October 20th 2007 at 9 PM Eastern. Prequalifying sessions will be held on Friday 10/19/7 at 9 PM and Saturday 10/20/7 at 7 PM eastern.
