ABBOTTAZZZ ADDS NRL’S FIRST IROC RACE

TO LIST OF VICTORIES!!!!

 

The Field was even….the track was ready…

and all Nuff Racers were anxious !!

 

 

Under perfect conditions….the Atlanta Motor Speedway …and dare I say…a receptive Nascar 08 ONLINE Racing environment was host to the Georgia 245 (40% wear 2x) where 11 Nuffers got together to celebrate the first half of the NRL Nextel  Season.

NRL Points leader Abbottazz proved he is still “Da Main Man”…winning what was described by several Nuffers as the most enjoyable race of the season !!!  10 of 11 Nuffers finished the race ….get this…on the lead lap ……WHOA !!!!! There were only 14 cautions and 16 lead changes in an extremely competitive race. 

"It was just a lot of fun," said Abbott. " It was one of the better races I've been a part of." Said SEVEN.

"It's always a huge honor just to run in the IROC series," said BigMike. "When you get the invite you know you did something good”

Ratty Ratzlaff…who had a wonderful car and was just flying around the speedway… finished second after Buster…who was trying to hold Ratty off…lost control and collected TBDesigns…who also ran a beautiful race…leading 34 laps and right up front before the mishap.

BigMike led 33 laps and finished third…followed by newcomer Juggaloryda and Buster..to finish the prize  positions .

When we return to the track…it will be 2008…and the first race of the second half will be the Autism Speaks 400…held at Dover International Speedway on Saturday January 5th, 2008 at 9 PM est. Prequalifying sessions will be on Friday January 4th, 2008 at 9 PM and at 7 PM Est on Race Day.

During the break, the NRL will be preparing for the 2008 season….which will include Countem….FOUR series….The Nextel Cup 08, The Craftsman Truck, The Busch and a special series of IROC races. Schedules are under construction as we speak and will be published on the NRL website in early January 2008. So get ready !!!!
