IJEREMY BACK ON TOP !!

TAKES ARIZONA TRAVEL 200 IN WILD FINISH!!

 After a slight delay due to EA Server problems…8 of the 10 Nuffers that came out for the Arizona Travel 200 were able to connect and get going. Those who were able to connect witness another great race !!!! Ijeremy came back at the very end to win his 4^th of 7 Busch Races…controlling the field all night long with another top notched performance ! Jeremy set a track record for Busch Cars with a 25.833 qualifying lap to take the pole!!! Unbelievable….He also led 112 laps to cap off the hat trick……Congrats Jeremy !!!!

Though Jeremy was in charge throughout most of the night….he did have some good competition….Polinino had a VERY STRONG race until he lost his car at the end! Nino led 39 laps….many of them early on in the race….and looked to be a main contender for a top 3 finish….things got very interesting at the end….with under 10 laps to go…the 6^th  caution of the night came out when Nino suffered a race ending fenda benda…. It appeared that everyone had stayed on the track except….you guessed it…Jeremy. “Whoooo Jeremy….you gonna have enough laps to get your lead back?!?” asked Mwils….  “Noooo problem” replied Jeremy. Well….that was during the first lap around during the caution…lol…. But then…two more cars went in on the second lap of the caution….Ahhh…so more cars did call for a pit…down to 7 laps….but it wasn’t over…another car went in on the 3^rd lap around during caution !!!  LOL…. When it was all over….the field went around under caution for somewhere around 5 laps laps…..leaving just 4 laps to go with Jeremy sitting in 4^th place when the field was finally ready to go green !!! Wellll….the green flag dropped with the #12 car of rookie Duecey…who ran a Marvelous Race…. out front…Kmack…who also handled his biz in this run…and Mwils were the 3 cars Jeremy had to get by to recover and regain his lead. With 3 laps to go….Duecey and Kmack were out front fighting it out while Jeremy slipped past Mwils for 3^rd place…..With a front seat view…Mwils witnessed an amazing pass by Jeremy with 2 laps to go on the back stretch…which as you know…in Phoenix…has the shape of a trioval similar to the front stretch on many other tracks…like Texas..Atlanta… you get the picture. Kmack and Duecey appeared to be side by side entering the trioval with Jeremy charging hard….Jeremy took his #18A car down low and shot by both Kmack and Duecey down low…..and just like that…Jeremy was back in the lead…very impressive to say the least. Well….Jeremy cruised in with the win after that bit of drama !!!  lol….

Duecey…in the #12 car…survived the battle against Kmack to finish a strong second. He really ran a great race…staying near the front all night…challenging Jeremy all night….man….you have to wonder if Duecey was able to jump out on the last green flag…and not have to fight off Kmack….with Jeremy 3 positions back…Duecey just might have been able to pick up his first NRL victory !! Great Job Duecey !!!

Though Mwils did not lead a lap….he finished a strong 3^rd and has really rebounded well over the past few races. Mwils kept his car pretty clean all night long and also benefitted from Kmack’s fight with Duecey…sneaking by Kmack at the end to snatch 3^rd place !!

So where did Kmack finish?!?! …lol

Kmack had his best race of his NRL career…just 3 laps from a possible 1^st, 2^nd or 3^rd place finish…but still finished in 4^th…benefitting from that exciting caution occurring with less than 10 laps to go….so that his next challenger…Pinkpooh (1 lap down) could not get the lucky dog….Great Racing Kmack !!!
