Ratty Ratzlaff was penalize after the DAYTONA 500, for not communicating with other drivers, and a wreck.  On September 8th Ratty has now formally submitted an appeal to get his 3rd place finish back. 

A committee of Track B racers will be formed to review the information submitted by other racers on Track A.  Track B racers will determine if the penalty will stand or not.  With all the talk on the NRL forum this has become a hot issue.  Many words have been traded between drivers, and explaining there side of the story. 

The results of the committee will be revealed before we start the California Speedway Race.
